Who we are
Elysium Technologies Ltd (“Elysium”, “we”) is the data controller for this website. Registered in Ireland, company number 459674, at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Contact us about privacy at [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
The short version
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts.
- Your AI Readiness Score answers stay in your browser.
- We only receive personal data when you choose to send it: the optional free-text question or the report email.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train AI models.
What we process, and why
Visiting the site
Our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as your IP address, browser and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage; it isn't a cookie and is never sent to us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
AI Readiness Score
Your answers, industry and company size are scored in your browser and are not sent to us. If you answer the optional question about which process takes up your team's time, that text and your industry are sent to our server and on to Anthropic to generate a suggestion (see How we use AI). We don't store or log that text. Legal basis: your request for the suggestion.
Emailing your report
If you ask for your report, we use your email address and your answers to send that one email through Postmark. We don't store your address or answers. We won't email you again unless you opt in. Postmark keeps a copy of sent messages for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 45 days by default]. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box.
Booking a call
“Book a call” links take you to Cal.com, where you arrange the call directly. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies there. We receive the booking details you provide and use them to hold the call. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before any contract.
Preventing abuse
To stop our forms and AI features being misused, we hold IP addresses in server memory for up to 24 hours to count requests. For report emails we count by a one-way hash of the recipient address. None of this is written to disk. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Who processes data for us
- Heroku (Salesforce): hosting, in the EU region.
- Anthropic: the AI suggestion for the optional free-text question.
- Postmark (ActiveCampaign): sending report emails.
- Cal.com: booking discovery calls (you use their service directly).
Some of these providers are based outside the EEA. Transfers are covered by [TRANSFER MECHANISM, e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, to be confirmed per provider]. Anthropic retains API inputs and outputs for [ANTHROPIC RETENTION UNDER OUR AGREEMENT] and does not use them to train models [CONFIRM UNDER OUR AGREEMENT].
How we use AI
Your Readiness Score is plain arithmetic in your browser, not AI. AI is used on this site in one place: if you describe a process in the optional free-text question, a Claude model from Anthropic suggests how it could be automated. The suggestion is labelled as AI-generated, it's a starting point rather than advice, and it makes no decisions about you. In our client work, AI assists people and escalates to them; see Sovereign by design.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Contact [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Changes
We'll update this notice when the site changes how it handles data, and change the date above.
